Creates a stable link target that survives rewording of a heading.<br />

Usage: <code><nowiki>{{Anchor|STABLE_ID}}</nowiki></code> placed at the start of a heading,<br />
then link to it as <code><nowiki>[[Main Page#STABLE_ID]]</nowiki></code> or<br />
<code>https://support.anitracking.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#STABLE_ID</code>.<br />

Without this, MediaWiki derives the anchor from the whole heading text including<br />
punctuation, so any edit to the wording silently breaks every link pointing at it.<br />

Used by the contextual help in the application - the ids match the<br />
<code>Identificator</code> column of the <code>HelpPages</code> table.<br />
