New IMPORT functionality (second version)

• Workflow reviewed and finalized
• Return info and warning messages finalized
• Cancel button behavior adjusted
• Data validation logic extended (insert, update, skip options elaborated)

• Missing progress bars for remaining import stages added

The refactored feature now covers the full range of planned functionality. Some more user interface/experience modifications are to be finalized midterm. user guide section will be updated for the final version
