Bug fixing

bugfix

• Broken background maps (maps from Mapbox and Mapy.cz providers) reimplemented. Now working again.
• Various fixes in configuration and geofencing functionality.

Some more useful map controls added

• show background map - holding right mouse button hides the points and tracks
• reset map rotation to North added to all the maps
• GPS search added to profile maps.
• current location control improved and added to profile maps
