Data export functionality engine redesigned

• Maximum row count limits and timeouts removed
• Even the data for devices/trackings with milions of records can now be exported
• Export UI modifications in progress (more follow up works to be done)

Device and Tracking statuses

• Last data color categories in the maps modified ("last 3 days" and "last 7 days")
• Device and tracking status structure adjusted
  • Existing status deployed-active newly contains devices/trackings active in the last 3 days
  • New status deployed-delayed was introduced (no data within the last 4-7 days)
