Tasks/ToDos capability for Notes added

• Note can be transformed to Task/ToDo by assigning it to someone.

Bulk operations in the devices grid

• new multi-select tool in the device list introduced
• certain actions such as open all, apply config preset etc can be run for all the selected at bulk

New Customer Costs & Payments overview added

• Customer data fee payment history drill down
