New "Find device" feature in Load preset screen

• A new "Find device" tool has been added in the Load Preset modal as an alternative way of loading existing config values from other devices

Various fixes

• not working background maps mapy.com reimplemented due to the provider API changes
• Track not loading for some scenarios corrected.
• adding attachments/screenshots and creating previews in Notes fixed
• published maps display fixed (legend, logos and controls)
