New way of working with Device statuses

improvement

• Devices statuses will now be automatically assigned based on device usage history.
• New device statuses: pool-new, pool-used, deployed-active, deployed-missing.
• Additional extended/long status field introduced to summarize more status information related
• New device closing/discard/termination workflow added for the user to request the device to be discarded (SIM closed, device removed from billing)
• New device statuses and new discarding flow are described here.

Added release notes functionality

• Latest release note overview will be shown to user any time a new release deployed since the last user Anitra access.
• The release note from the past 60 days are shownn,
• Functionality description added as a new section into userguide
