Notes and ToDos functionality introduced

new

• Note threads available for multiple entities (Devices, Trackings, Animals, and Customers/Organizations)
• Users with access to the entity can create/edit notes or reply to notes created by others
• Complex toolkit including attachments, screenshots, links, and tags
• A single note (thread) can also be linked to multiple items (e.g. a single note attached to 5 devices)
• The functionality is described here in the user guide
