New way of working with Device statuses

• Device statuses are automatically assigned based on device usage history.
• New device statuses: pool-new, pool-used, deployed-active, deployed-missing.
• Additional extended/long status field introduced to summarize more status information related
• New device closing/discard/termination workflow added for the user to request the device to be discarded (SIM closed, device removed from billing)
• New device statuses and new discarding flow are described here.

Added release notes functionality

• The latest release note overview will be shown to the user any time a new release is deployed since the last user's Anitra access.
• The release note from the past 60 days are shown,
• Functionality description added as a new section into userguide
